ゴルフ上達にも重要な「良い姿勢」は気持ちも変える
こんにちは、プロゴルファーの角田周治です。
よく、浅座りで背もたれにどっかり寄りかかっている人っていますよね。そっくり返るようなイメージです。
あれを見ると「態度でかいなぁ」と思ったりしませんか？
僕は間違いなく、マイナスイメージを持ちます。
態度って絶対、姿勢に出ると思っているからです。
僕も「アーユル チェアー」に出会う前はそういう、でかい態度で座っていたのですが、
ダラッと座っているときって、たいてい気持ちがだらけているときなんですよね。
子どもが学習机の前に座って、机に覆いかぶさるような姿勢で座っていたり、
足をブラブラさせたりしているのも、集中していないってことの表れかもしれません。
プロゴルファーのトッププレイヤーをやっている人でも、気持ちが集中できなくなったり、
流れが悪くなってくると姿勢が悪くなったりします。
たとえば宮里藍ちゃんなんかも、普段はあれだけいい構えをしていますが、
たまにいい時と悪い時の差があるんです。
つまり集中ができなかったりしてる時っていうのは、もう一つ、気持ちが張った姿勢ができない。
逆に姿勢を良くすれば、気持ちもシャキッと集中できるはずです。
「アーユル チェアー」がゴルフに対して効果的だというのは、姿勢はもちろんですが、
気持ちに良い影響を与えているからではないでしょうか。
だからゴルフに集中することができる、つまり良い構えができるというのが僕の持論です。
